Apsaras Beauty shall entertain a return request for the products sold by the Company on the
platform if the Return request is made by the User/Customer within 15 days from the receipt of
the product. The User shall at his/her own expense shall return the product to the designated
address provided by us while the user shall raise a request for the return. The user
shall also be entitled to return either the full or a part of the order placed. Steps to raise a Return
request are as follows:
Step 1 – The User shall either contact the customer care on rrc@apsarasbeauty.com within 15 days from the receipt of the product and there will be a request number generated for the Customer.
Step 2 – Provide the order/reference number and such other details on the E-mail. Additionally,
you have to provide us with the copy of the invoice and the product that is either defective or
damaged.
Step 3 – The User shall then dispatch the order to the Designated address provided by the
Company through a registered courier service. The Company will initiate the refund or
replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their
seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
1) Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
2) Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
3) Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing,
freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
Categories not eligible for Return:
1) Customized Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since
they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand
2) Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

The refunds are done within 5-7 business days from the date of the user raising the request and
the Company has acknowledged the same.
The User additionally will be provided refund options of TT/ Wire by deducting the necessary
charges.
All Refund requests shall be made by the User by emailing to rrc@apsarasbeauty.com_, which
will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Company. The Company
shall waive all other means of communication made.
All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by the Company’s Customer
care on following such guidelines.
CANCELLATION
a.Please email rrc@apsarasbeauty.com within 48 hrs of purchase for the cancellation of any order
b. if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
c. if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of
Use.
Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the interviewer and other information as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such services or can provide the same package that is bought by you. We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
